Quality Policy

Quality of service is an integral part of the Company’s operating philosophy to enable us to provide our clients with the best possible services within specified guidelines and provide verification of this through Quality Records.

To assist in the achievement of this our personnel are required to carry out their tasks by reference to the Operating Procedures in this Quality Assurance Manual.

The Managing Director is committed to operating his Company to the standards laid down by ISO 9001:2008. and shall oversee the audit program, chair management review meetings and ensure that all statutory and regulatory requirements are observed.

The Company Quality Objective is to ensure:

  • Customer satisfaction through consistency of service.
  • Trained staff to achieve the objectives.

The framework to ensure objectives are effective and achievable is: Management Review, Records and Internal Audit.

The Company is committed to a programme of continuous improvement on service and systems . The use of new technology and methods shall be introduced whenever possible to achieve this.

This Statement represents the commitment of TOK on behalf of the Company to the Quality Policy.
